Choose the Record Custodian

Direct the question to the agency that handled the custody, case, or supervision event. Kearny County Sheriff records staff handle county jail booking-and-release records during weekday public hours. The jail and office phone may be staffed beyond those hours, but round-the-clock availability is not a published records-service schedule.

Use the correct route for the kind of information needed:

• For a named person’s county release and the written request process, start with the Kearny County release search and records overview.
• For KDOC parole, postrelease supervision, or district-court probation, use Post-Release Supervision.

Kearny District Court holds the case orders that may explain a release, sentence, probation order, revocation, or discharge. Court Services and KDOC parole are separate regional supervision systems.
